Always One Step Behind

It's been a while since I've thought about this little blog of mine, a long time since I've felt the urge to come back and share some of my dumb words with my sweet void. As usual, my life has been pretty hectic, with lots of new things and new experiences, all pretty exciting but at the same time all pretty demoralizing. As you probably know, I've always been a shy and quiet kid, my teens were spent in my room alone playing video games inside the closet. This made me lose a lot of the experience in life one should get in its teenage years, this never bothered me before but lately I'm starting to see some of the consequences.   It's starting to really bother me how little I know compared to my friends and as I get to finally experience the things I missed in my younger years, I noticed how frustrating it is to deal with a world that already knows double of what you know. Going out at night and drinking, getting into my first relationship all these things start...

I Watched Super Mario Bros

After the disaster of John Wick, I adventured myself, now with a new group of friends, into another April big release. We went to see Super Mario Bros The Movie. Mario is a character that pretty much everyone from grandmas to little kids know. It's Nintendo biggest mascot and one of the most iconic game characters of all time.  Like I've shared in my text about Warioware, I've obviously heard about him and interacted with his games in some capacity before. But only this year have I really sit down to play the games and fully experience the classics.  Nonetheless I like the Mario Universe and I have always been head over hills for his way cuter brother Luigi. Peach has also been someone whose design I liked but always saw as a mere damsel in distress with little agency. Bowser you know Internet has made me see him kinda of as a kinky dude. Then you have Mario itself who I honestly never really cared about.  Going into this movie I was a bit apprehensive, some people ...

I Watched John Wick 4

To celebrate my gorgeous friend Sensei birthday, we gathered with friends to our usual theater get together. The movie we we're going to watch, was one that made us all very excited. It was none other than John wick 4 after all, the ending of the tale of this legendary man. This is a well known franchise loved by many people that follow it since the beginning, me, I started with zero knowledge about it when I went to see the third movie in the past with the said birthday boy. John Wick 3 was outstanding, the characters we're fun and the stakes were high. It was like the build up to an epic finale where we would finally witness the important pieces in the board start moving. I left the movies thrilled by the action and eager to see the story of this develop into a big epic.  Later on I also got to watch the first two movie's and they we're very entertaining as well. We gotta love a man that treats his dog with such care.  So basically all the cards we're set for a g...
